Manage or cancel a Coldflint subscription

For a subscription bought directly from Coldflint, sign in to your Coldflint account with the email you used to buy it.

Check your subscription

Your account shows your subscription status and paid-term end date. If you’ve just paid and access hasn’t appeared, allow a few minutes, then refresh. Please don’t pay again to troubleshoot.

Cancel renewal

Open the subscription in your account and cancel its renewal. Pro remains available until the end of the paid period.

Cancellation and account deletion are different. Deleting your account ends product access immediately and requests cancellation of its subscriptions. Cancel renewal if you want to keep the rest of your paid time.

Where is my App Store purchase?

Grit, Cue and Chime purchases use your Apple Account and won’t appear here. Open the app and choose Restore purchases with the Apple Account that made the purchase.
