Restore a Mac App Store Pro purchase

Grit, Cue and Chime purchases belong to your Apple Account. They won’t appear in your Coldflint account.

  1. Check that the Mac App Store is signed in with the Apple Account that made the purchase.
  2. Open the app and choose Restore purchases in its Pro purchase screen.
  3. Allow the restore to complete, then check whether Pro is available.

No purchase was found

Check the Apple Account and that you’re restoring in the app you bought. Each app has its own Pro purchase.

TestFlight purchases use Apple’s test environment and don’t transfer to the released Mac App Store app. A successful TestFlight purchase isn’t a live Pro purchase.

Please don’t buy again to troubleshoot. If a live purchase still won’t restore, contact us with the app, version, macOS version and the restore message. Don’t send your Apple Account password or payment card details.

Refunds and billing

Apple handles billing and refunds for App Store purchases. Visit Apple’s purchase and refund help. For direct Coldflint purchases, use your Coldflint account instead.
