Activate Pluck Pro or move to another computer

Activate Pro

1. Open Settings in Pluck and sign in with the email you used to buy Pro.
2. Complete sign-in in your browser, then return to Pluck.
3. Activate this computer when prompted.

Signing in, having a paid subscription and activating a computer are separate steps. Pluck also needs its local tools set up to prepare video.

I paid, but it still shows Free

Payments can take a moment to process. Please don’t pay again. Check that you used the same email as your purchase, allow a few minutes, then refresh your account in Pluck Settings. You can check your subscription in your Coldflint account.

Use another computer

One Pluck Pro subscription covers one editor on two personal computers. Install Pluck on the other computer, then sign in and activate it. If both places are in use, deactivate an older computer in your Coldflint account before activating the new one.

If Pro still isn’t active, contact us. Include the app version and the message you see. Don’t send passwords or licence keys.
