Install Pluck on Mac or Windows

Pluck runs inside Adobe Premiere Pro 26.2 or later. It supports Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 26 or later and Windows x64 computers. Intel Macs and Windows ARM aren’t supported.

  1. Install Premiere and Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop, then close Premiere.
  2. Open Pluck downloads and choose the package for your computer.
  3. Open the downloaded CCX file and follow Adobe’s installation prompts. Adobe may ask for your computer’s administrator password.
  4. Open Premiere and find Pluck in the plug-ins menu.
  5. If Get Video shows Set up Pluck, choose it and follow the prompts. Setup and updates are also available in Settings.

If the download page offers a separate local runtime for your release, use the matching Coldflint download and its installation prompts. Only install packages downloaded from Coldflint.

You can start with Free without creating an account. Free and Pro use the same plug-in.

Pluck doesn’t appear

Check your Premiere version and that you chose the right package. Quit Premiere completely and reopen it. In Creative Cloud Desktop, check that Pluck is installed and enabled. If it’s still missing, reopen the CCX to reinstall.
